The platform operates as a verified listings marketplace in accordance with the Arms Act (Chapter 480 of the Laws of Malta) and does not itself sell, hold or transfer firearms; it is therefore not subject to licensing under the Act. Platform compliance is overseen by a firearms dealer licensed by the Commissioner of Police (Licence No. SB/WO/03521/2010). All firearm listings may be posted only by, and are visible only to, verified holders of licences issued under the Arms Act, and all transfers are completed through the Malta Police Weapons Office in accordance with law.
